Samuel Obiki
Born: 1998 Gender: Male Case History: Obiki is a case of child labour and was rescued by the area sub-chief. He is from a single parent family and his mother died while he was only 5 years old and his biological father gave him out to a relative to herd the relative's livestock. He wasn't allowed to go to school and he approached the area sub-chief and told him of his plight. The sub-chief later did investigations and found that it was true and he approached Huruma who accepted him so that he can get education.

Born: 2002 Gender: Male Case History: Sekerot and his other three siblings hail from Singiraine sub-location, Iloodokilani Location and Central Division of Kajiado. Their mother left the home after a domestic quarrel, leaving them with the father who has been sexually molesting his 10 year old sister, who also used to take care of them. Therefore they were rescued and legal action was taken against their father and they were admitted to Huruma for care and protection.
